Bob Smith

Bob Smith started working for this father – Smith & Eddy co-founder – Robert J. Smith in 1974 after graduating from Michigan State University. A life-long resident of Mason County, Bob is married to Patty and between them they have five children. When he is not working he enjoys hunting, fishing, fly tying and lure making, and spending time with his family, including his teenage son, Buckshot.

Although still involved in sales, he now enjoys developing a staff that has over 326 combined years of experience, something he is proud of putting together. In particular, he now enjoys mentoring that staff and helping develop new agents.

“I actually get a kick out of helping people. If you can give them the coverage that they need, and save them a little money along the way, I can leave with a good feeling. This goes for helping our agents and staff as well.”
